QA specialists

I have on some occasions left QA markers where something is said but can't understand only for the QA individual to take the whole thing out.  I could have done that.  Does anyone else have that problem??  I have actually on a couple of occasions re-listened and re-listened and finally got it the second time around and brought to the QA's manager.  If QA cannot get it, it should be left blank, not taken out, correct??  Not that all QA specialists do this mind you but I believe there are a handful of un-educated ones out there.  I have also had changes made that were correct to incorrect having to take time to document and send off an e-mail to the QKL who for the most part says I was correct or it could be done either way (which in that case just leave my work alone and not change it because of their preference).  I also know QA must see a share of the uneducated MTs work too---a horse a piece I believe.
