If it's an issue, they will email you. It has to be something that happens repeatedly, I think, for them to really say anything. I just had a baby and was short a lot while I was pregnant. I'm not sure how you come up with that quota of lines, because FTE's have to produce 150 lines/hour. But anyways, like I said I was short quite a few times, even for the first couple of weeks after I came back to work, and I haven't been told anything. I guess it depends on your supervisor though.
Plus, for legal reasons they have to have documentation that you were warned verbally, in writing, etc., whatever the various steps are, before they can actually fire you. |
