minimum wage, then the letter should state your new PTO line rate pay is at your state's minimum wage.  So, if PTO states it is around $5.00, then the company has to change your PTO line rate to $8.00 an hour which is your state's minimum wage.  Thank goodness I also live in a state that is near 8.00 an hour for minimum wage.  Hope this helps.
