This is just CBay announcing that it has been served a lawsuit that is trying to stop the sale. The lawsuit is trying to stop the sale.
It doesn't state anywhere that CBay is not proceeding.
The Newcastle group only owns about 7% of MQ stock. Newcastle is known as an activist investor group. They go around doing this stuff all the time. The CEO started Pizza Inn and wants his hands in every business pot he can get it into. He's infamous for this kind of thing and loses most of the time.
