There will be no payout directly to MTs. MQ wants to make a donation to charity in our name. The court will notify everybody, at which time you will get an address to protest, which I hope you will. There will also be a fairness hearing. I don't care if the payout is only a few hundred dollars; it belongs to the MTs. MQ is just trying to do it the easy way.
