Tonight I had one of those great docs, American, clear, concise, spoke in a normal rate, the sound quality was excellent.  ASR should have aced this report, but no.  There were numerous corrections that had to be made, but the one that had me screaming in frustration was that ASR got cystitis out of the word GIVE!  Thank goodness it's my Friday.
