I am an experienced MT, but I need a M-F dayshift schedule because that is when the kids are in school and I can work without being interrupted.  I have taken a ton of tests.  I never hear anything back.  Talk about frustrating.  When I do hear back they are only offering 7cpl.  I guess I will give in and take it too because I have to pay the bills.  They really have us where they want us.
