What tropical islands do they offshore transcription to?
I used to work for a Filipino doctor that was building his retirement home on the side of a mountain in the Philippines. He had already put up an electric fence to keep out the natives. If he can't feel safe in his own country, what kind of a chance does a foreigner have?
