OPs--you either love them or hate them. I love them. I started out by making normals for (sub)headings for each doc. If they have labs,PE, etc. as part of their format, then I would include them in my whole normal and just edit. This way, I don't mind them being long. If you like DS, gang in there and give it a little more time. Otherwise, I read how much KS is willing to help it's employees in finding them a good fit somehow. Good luck.
