It is really confusing, the whole thing, which is why I left. Everyone is sad, myself included, that the Indian team leads are being let go as well. They were great to work with and I do know for a fact that they are being replaced with American team leads. It is confusing that they let the American QA team go in the first place, and from they way it sounds was without warning. They now have a forum board on Yahoo groups for the MTs to voice concerns and to stay informed. That was a good move on their part. If things get better I would like to go back part time. I guess time will tell the outcome. Focus was my first company and I wish them the very best. |
