I work for Transcend and they have plenty of work, and are also really good people to work with. Maybe your trainer happens to have a few days off? This does sound very unusual and unlike my good experience with this company. I know they are hiring a lot of new MTs for new accounts now and perhaps your trainer just got a landslide of new people to work with? I don't know - but feel free to ask your questions honestly (once you connect with someone again).
