Transcend probs

Has anyone gotten any experience with working with Transcend? I think I have made a big mistake. I had a training class on Monday. Could not finish it because they did not download the software onto my pc correctly. So had to wait until tech support called me and fixed that. Trainer told me to call her once it was fixed. I have called and emailed multiple times and still have not talked with her. She just keeps blowing me off. I do not know what I am supposed to be doing right now. I decided to try and log on last night and complete some reports and guess what? NO WORK. That is why I took this job b/c I thought they were going to have loads of work. This is why I left my last company. What would you guys do? Would you go ahead and be looking again for another job? I just want to get a job with a company who will keep me busy. Why do these companies lie like they do? The recruiter promises you a bed of roses and then once you get on, you are ignored, there is no work to complete....I am just sooo sick and frustrated with this crap.  |
