I think the accounts have a 24-hr TAT.  As the MT we had to give them a start time and then we had 10 or 12 hours from that start time to get our work back to them.  They also had the ability to add work into our queue up to 1/2 way through our shift. (that was right in the contract)  Like I said, this was 4 or 5 years ago..... things may have changed since then.   Good luck.
