Tidewater had another side that wasn't part of the purchase by Imedx, and some people previously with Tidewater are still with this other side. (That purchase by Imedx, by the way, has been a nightmare for many ex-Tidewater people). Anyway, if that is the other side of Tidewater, I know the people there are okay, and Tidewater pay was always on time.
