I am not a newbie, thank you very much. I have been an MT probably longer than you've been out of diapers! (Unless you just go out of them).

I do have bills that have to be paid, but I also have compasion for those who have no electricity, no air conditioning, etc. OTI will get your pay to you as soon as it is physically possible.

I don't work for OTI anymore, but when I worked there, payroll had so many days from the END of the pay period to get the monies out before they are considered late.

I think the problem happens when we all want our paycheck when the pay period is complete and forget that they actually do have some time for glitches/whatever (how many days, I dont' remember).

As I said I've moved on (even to my own surprise) and do wish you all and OTI the best and hope that your frustrations get cleared quickly.

I posted on the other thread too, but I am very happy with OTI, the work, etc. My only complaint in all this is that I would like to know WHEN they are going to pay us. If it's late it's late and nothing can be done about that, but at least an estimate of WHEN would be nice.

I was in the Blizzard in March with no power for 5 days, so I have compassion for these people dealing with this and I know there's no way to guarantee when power might be restored, but just an idea of when would be nice.

I have been working so hard to still get a decent line count yet not make big errors, yet still am getting them. I pretty much have the numbers down pretty well, i.e. age, vitals, meds and labs, but seem to make errors on something I might have typed once right in the report, but later got it wrong! It just killls me. I need to make more than minimum wage, and I have given up on getting the bonus, but I am still sick to my stomach when I see silly errors I make in FIESA. not been ONE SINGLE LINE so far in any report that has not needed editing in some fashion. Not ONE SINGLE LINE.
