I was hired over a month ago.  It took three weeks to get all the info needed to start.  I was to do online training over the phone, which I did.  Unfortunately the person who trained us went so fast I was lost.  I started, had a ton of questions, which I asked.  I never got any answers other than one where I was told to follow instructions.  Yes I knew to do that.  So I get an email saying I am having a hard time (ya think it could be because the trainer did not do a good job?).  Okay so that makes me mad because it was not my fault she did not teach us the right way to do things.  I asked question after question.  No response.  I got no response all week.  I finally told her it was not my fault I was not getting it because all my questions went unanswered.  Still no word.  I was blocked from access to work.  Still no word.  VERY unprofessional organization.  I even emailed the owner who, like other MTSOs, did not care.  She never answered my concerns either.  Also, they will tell you to do something 1 way 1 day and then change it the next.  I still have emails as proof of this.  Anyway, save yourself the time and trouble.  Stay away from this place!!!

The training at this company was horrible! My emails went unanswered, was told to do it this way then the next day was told to do it another. It was a waste of time and money for me to work for this company. Not to mention that they pay awful! Horrible experience.

Why she doesn't just leave people to work instead of point fingers in long diatribes is beyond me. The company isn't bad, but that manager needs the boot, IMO and get someone in there who isn't so threatening, claiming workers are "hostile" if they don't agree with her and are only trying to explain themselves.

but there's no call for being outright mean to people. It puts pressure on me that I don't like and honestly I'm looking for another job.

her pathetic attempt at training (was that what it was?), how can she expect people to catch on? She told me she knew I was having problems and that was normal for just starting, but she had bragged on the phone while "training" that she "got it" in just a couple of days. She does it on purpose obviously (not train them very well) so she can say well you just are not getting it so no work until you do! Hmm had she answered any questions (still have not heard from her), I might have "gotten it."

Last May I had an offer from CCT and waited to start. The account they were going to place me on had not come through with instructions yet so she, will not give her name, started me on another account for one day and then I did not hear anything from her until maybe three days after that. I got another offer from another company and since they did not have any work for me, I quit them, CCT. Well that other offer lasted a little more than three months until August and I was let go because the account went to EMR they had placed me on. I saw another ad for CCT and answered it and she, the aforementioned one above, said I was hired once and then quit and could not be hired again and I let her know there was no work and that was the reason I took the other offer. As with all of you, their training wasn't much even for the account they put me on and never got any for the one they supposedly hired me for. Thanks for all this info, it makes my day even though I am still unemployed.

I actually worked with the company for almost 2 years. And I worked with the people who own the company when they were a different company. I finally quit in May of this year because it was getting ridiculous. I was working 16-18 hours a day 6 days a week with no help, I was doing QA for them, and when I finally e-mailed and said I needed a break, I got holy hell from her. Then when I report I QA'd had a mistake (hmmm could it have been I was working to many hours?) She took all QA away from me and put me on transcription - still working 16-18 hours a day. I'm now with a different company, put my 8 hours in and am done. So much better!

I CANNOT SAY THIS ENOUGH.DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY CLEAR CHOICE TRANSCRIPTION! I have been with them over a month now and have yet to make any money. Their supervisor,  is the rudest person I have ever come in contact with.  When you complain about the lack of training and the rudeness of the supervisors, she makes excuses! To me this company will scam you! The system is rediculous to work on so even though it says you make .80 per audio minute, it takes you 30 minutes just to get one 1:09 ...

Clear Choice Transcription is clearly a joke. The only reputable person at the company is the recruiter. Once you're handed off to the trainer you're screwed. Training there could be taught by a 1st grader. They rush through training and expect you to catch on in 15 minutes. Most of my questions, even after hired were answered by the recruiter.
