Any Acusis MTs worried?

So, maybe I have set myself up to be worried. I have read so much bad stuff about TTS. I just started a job there and haven't had any trouble thus far, so I can't vouche for the complaints I have read. Are there any other current TTS employees out there that enjoy working there? They have terminated some office/administrative people and now have eliminated weekend incentives and given pay CUTS to transcriptionists. Work is nearly non-existent.
