Avoid Saince. They are intrusive, constantly calling and they don't pay. They hijacked my PC for 33-1/2 hours and their paperwork said they pay $10 an hour and then today I was told they only pay a flat rate $100. HELLO!! THEY OWE ME $335 BEFORE TAXES THANK YOU!
They pay by black character only which means you don't get paid for spaces so you type 22 reports a day and average about 600 lines. Nice! When asked if you get paid according to the line count on ExText or are they deducting more from that number to subtract possible "out of black character" scenarios..they won't answer you.
Before your shift, even if you get to work on time, they call you. They send email to the email they set up for themselves AND your private email. So, you are harassed without a decent paycheck? No thanks! Look elsewhere!

I simply am appalled they owe me $415 and were only going to pay $100 IF THEY PAID ME. Then they have my direct deposit info and they refuse to use it...will mail a check IF they decide to mail a check. Because this is my first check, my 1st experience, I am sorry, but I thought they were a scam that used a reputable web site to advertise a job. You see, they told me they wanted me to pay them money - they don't owe me anything. I DON'T WORK FOR FREE!! I am assuming most money goes to India and the US setup is a store front - nothing less, nothing more...but fine Americans? Make us pay them? I don't think so!
But, I don't recommend this experience to my worst enemy! Glad you had a better experience.

This company is sooooo heartless, I don't wish them on my worst enemy. Their withholding of my paycheck and the games they played with it - for 37-1/2 hrs at $10 an hour for installation/training, without telling me or saying anything, their first intention was to pay me $100. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? THAT'S WELL BELOW MIN WAGE!!
Then, their black character only pay rate - If they were cutting me down from $300+ dollars down to $100 without saying anything (only reason I knew was cause I had red flags and asked)...they could do the same with line rates. They REFUSED to answer whether or not the line counts you see is your ACTUAL line x0.095 vs DEDUCT SPACES YET...What if they don't feel like paying you? They will simply avoid it - because they can - or think they can.
They are thieves, a waste of time and THE MOST unethical company I have found so far. Do yourself a favor - move on -don't come here expecting to make a living.

Saince Transcription no longer has a QA Staff. They let them all go about a month ago. The MTs have been divided into teams with a team leader who is doing all the QA for the team. This poor team leader is really doing the QA for nothing, they get an extra 10% on their cpl rate to offset doing the QA, but sounds like that could really cut down your production. I don't think many with experience would accept .02 CPL. I would imaging this forces MTSOs to train newbies. I'm sure they have to pay QA far more than .04 CPL to correct and go over the work.
