long, separate list of doctor names, samples out the kazoo because the account only has a handful of doctors who can be understood, etc. All this research for a pittance. The hospital clerks should be taking care of that, but it's what the MT companies offer to do instead of saying we only transcribe. That is how we can maintain fast turnaround. Instead they double hire because each report takes too dang long to complete.
