 Hi, old visitor from years ago. I used to love this site amd am wondering if there are any survivors of the larger services that used to send out but were affected by the outsourcing to India? I was a CMT and started with AAMT and was a "CMT" for years. What a joke! I am now retired and laugh at my phone message transcripts. I recently had forehead surgery (glabella) and was notified to bring my copay to the hospital when I was scheduled in the OR for my "four head surgery" - guess I'll have to quit the circus LOL. Even the TV stations "now bar" transcripts are comical. I miss it all.Dying to hear from the old time certified medical transcriptionists. Miss you all.
