Reporting a company to the IRS for misclassified status - IC vs Employee Posted: Jan 17th, 2022 - 2:09 pm
Does anyone know the proper procedure for reporting a company to the IRS for requiring that ICs work a strict set schedule? I have just left a company who classified their MTs as ICs, but had assigned shifts with set in stone hours and days, which is obviosuly very illegal. I thought there was a form on the IRS website, but I can't seem to locate it.
