The vaccine is not mandatory where I work but I wanted to do it. Quite a few people are still opting out. If there are more variants we may all need boosters anyway. I got Moderna and my side effects were minimal. If that is what is holding you back, I would say don’t be afraid. You might not get to choose whether or not you get J&J, it all depends on availability. From what I have read, its effectiveness is not as good as the other vaccines.
