This company routinely posts. I have applied more than once, meet all their qualifications, have an excellent QA and work history, and extensive experience in all fields in which they claim they need assistance. I am told they are interested, impressed with my resume, and they will be in touch to further the process. Then, I never hear back.
Why do these companies bother if they clearly have no intention of following through? They expect us to jump through hoops for pennies, but drop the ball themselves on the simplest communication and have no social graces.
