MTs are a perfect avenue for this. LT's obsession with employees not communicating or even knowing each other is one of the red flags. She is fearful of people finally comparing notes and misery. She has people she can tell any one of her lies to, can bully them and they have nobody to tell them this is NOT normal and it is NOT them. It is LT. She is the problem and always has been.
This is not happening to just one person. It is across the board and there is no shame or blaming the victim here. Nobody should be made to feel they did wrong for having faith in someone who didn't deserve it.
People communicating on this forum is probably causing her to engage in more of her counter-productive activities, because she can't dig her way out of this mess and people shouldn't wait around for that. The hole is too deep now.
