How would you answer the question "Tell me - about a time when you used good judgment and logic Posted: Dec 2nd, 2019 - 3:31 pm
I am a former MT who is applying for a job as a Patient Services Coordinator (an office job), and they want somebody who has good decision-making skills and judgment, and I want to give them examples of how my decision making skills and ability to "think on my feet" has made a positive change in my work environment (yes....I know the best and most positive decision I made was to get OUT of MT, LOL, but somehow I don't think that's a good answer).
