They wouldn't get anyone to produce. The incentive to produce is production pay.

I also find it odd that it is an industry that pay is even talked about. it used to be that was your own business what you made per hour. Now, it's just all over and it's not really fair in the setting of an independent contractor. I can't name my price unless I work directly for a provider. The MTSOs do not bargain.
