is always complaining about needing a per diem worker for them as they work 3 days on and don't get the opportunity sometimes to get a break at times they need it without a per diem person, but they cannot find anyone to take the job (or anyone reliable enough). I think they have like 4 or 5 people who work this way and they work 12 hour shifts, but would love to have a great per diem person, so perhaps checking into your local hospitals would garner you some positive results.
