NJA anyone? - sleepymt

I was hoping Monday was a fluke..just running out of work an hour prior to end of shift.  Then Tuesday, it started 4 hours into shift.  Yesterday was worse.  Today, much worse.  I can't even get work 30 minutes after shift to try to make up some time.

This comes on the heels of PM stating that we had 2 or 3 new accounts.  I saw those accounts last week but not this week.  This week I'm getting a lot of straight transcription from hospitals I did 2 years ago.  Very odd.  Starting to feel like deja vu.
