Quality is GARBAGE - Not my medical record

I work at a local hospital who uses MModal and the quality of the reports are GARBAGE. I have to look at the reports in EPIC and the errors are beyond horrible. MModal should be embarassed at what is getting through. I'm requesting copies of all of my records so I can proofread them myself. As a former MT, I'm ashamed!
