What are your thoughts about mandatory addresses in cc - Anon Posted: Apr 25th, 2019 - 1:57 pm
I have a new account that requires all cc's to have a complete address. QA says if they're not dictated I need to research them and fill them in. I'm not paid extra for the cc's, and I think this practice opens me up to a HIPAA violation. Your thoughts? Would you research every single CC and insert the addresses or would you only insert the addresses if they were dictated and then send a QA note?
