Hi, I hope someone can help with this. I have Windows 10 and Word 2016. For some reason, I see only part of the header, then 1/2 of the screen blank, then the note. There is only about 3-4 inches where the note can be seen. I can only get the grid to come up by doing search; all the visits show and I can select one just fine. BUT when I go to upload I am requested to confirm the demographics before I can upload. I have done everything I can think of to get to the demographics (Alt-V is what is supposed to work)but have had no luck. Has anyone heard of this? Thanks!
