A local vendor is supposed to install, not Nuance - sm

at the cost of the MT, and the local vendor is supposed to be able to successfully install, unlike Nuance.

I have no idea who'd be wiling to pay for this, but I'm more worried about what this means for those of us who have VDI installed but are still having issues.

Are we going to have to pay hundreds to get this fixed?
