Drives me crackers - see msg

Certain regions of the country talk like that, and they likely grew up in the home speaking that way, so it makes it even harder for them. But it's no excuse for poor grammar. This one is extremely basic. Some grammar issues are complicated and not expected to be known. But this I seen thing is wrong, wrong, wrong. It makes you sound "back woods." But it's not hard to learn this correctly.

My other pet peeve is "had went."

To those of you who do either of those, see below.

I SAW that movie. Or, I HAVE SEEN that movie.

I WENT to the store. or, I HAVE GONE to the store.

Basic, simple. Memorize it if it doesn't come naturally. Most employers, on a job interview, will notice the incorrectness of it.
