I just can't memorize every detail of specs this long with particular instructions for multiple doctors. It's just impossible. 99% accuracy? $.035 a line?
To refer back to specs on every report for every detail would put us making a couple of bucks an hour.
There are still good accounts out there, but most of the hiring now is for horrible accounts that no one wants to do.
