I was editing a Discharge Summary today when I got down to the discharge meds. I saw the red heading coming up and what looked to be like nonsensical stuff in there. The dictator said, "Discharge Medications." I was amazed to see that VR had actually put in the heading HOME GO MEDICATIONS! Dictator was clear as a bell and no background noise or voices that it could have picked up "HOME GO" from. I couldn't believe it. Seems like VR actually "thought" of an alternate phrase for the word discharge. That's just freaky...
