Anyone using IKM (IKnowMed) - need help Posted: Aug 15th, 2018 - 2:39 pm
I work for a small company that uses IKM. We have to listen to the audio in the IKM transcription pane, which is really a PAIN! I used to work at another company that also used IKM, but they had a program where we could listen to the audio in Express Scribe.
So my question is, does anyone out there use IKM but has a work-around so that the audio is downloaded to a different platform, such as Express Scribe?
Any info would be greatly appreciated! TIA!!
