I have an Infinity. My shift before last I kept getting USB device failure notifications, I would unplug it, plug back in, and it would continue working. Then my last shift it just all of a sudden wouldn't work. I've rebooted, unplugged, replugged, I don't know what else to do. Did it go out or is there a battery inside them or where do I look to see if a software issue?
