For the most part they are letters summarizing the clinic visit, some lengthy and some shorter (again depends on specialty and dictator like anywhere else). All specialties but you are placed onto a team with 1 or 2 as your main clients then backups if workload is lower for the main. This way you get mostly the same dictators so you can become familiar and gain speed.
