for those with less experience. I think average is 1 to 2 weeks for training then your rate moves up to 10.5 cpl (Oz dollars). After you are direct to client (off QA), it increases again to 11 so good experienced MTs not at 9 cpl for long. It's a nice place to work,you're not just a number there. I was off training after 3 days because I already knew Inscribe. Easy dictators too for most part.
