There is just no way that manager know nothing, that is why they are managers. I have been in the workforce a long time, both at home and in public, at a bank, doctors office, etc and all supervisors/managers were sneaky little rats who were just trying to clay their way up the corporate ladder and would do anything to get there. I have been backstabbed more times than I could count on two hands.
