What happens when we do not have any more pto or "hours" without pay to use? - sm Posted: Jul 19th, 2018 - 5:49 am
I have worked here over a year and for the first year still had my old company's work, so I did not have downtime. Now I have a new manager and pool that is constantly running out, have changed my hours to Friday-Monday and am still running out now (I understand this is typical - and am looking for non MTwork elsewhere) but am curious what happens when I have used all the pto and time without pay? I wont work the midnight hours they have "available" to make up work so - so what then? Thanks for sharing what you know.
