It is not a settlement per se, it is a government program in place to help displaced workers with training opportunities, extended UE, health care tax credit, and others.
Nuance has been named in the petition and they must have had to give up enough information about the offshoring so the petition was certified, but TAA should have nothing to do with the severance.
