With so many MTs looking for work these days and with so many MTs jumping on the first thing that comes up that sounds half way decent, the employers are probably limiting the amount of resumes they will wade through when received. Many limit them to the first 10 and trashcan the rest. I am sure they would find just the right candidate within the first 10 received. It is nothing personal. It is just saving them time and effort, so all depends on where you lie when you submit your resume. If you are outside their limit, you get no response. I am sure they do not take the time to wade through 300+ resumes any longer. They do not need to. Great talent is always seeking and they will find it.
