I was on the 10:30 call, but there was a "malfunction" and I didn't hear anything, so someone from N called me personally to tell me what I already suspected was coming. She said I would receive the info at my personal email that I had on file and also that Fed Ex will be delivering the hard copy tomorrow morning to sign and send back to them.
