The company still pays the same amount so in no way does it compare to "their India" because THEY are still paying the same amount out of their payroll. If you live in US, you are just unfortunate enough to get less of that once it's converted to YOUR pay - the company doesn't get to keep the difference. Your analogy does not work in this scenario, sorry.
