I'm considering enrolling in coding classes but know that coding is a lot like MT in the aspect that everyone wants experience but no one wants to give it which is evidenced by looking at the job boards. How do you find the jobs that are willing to work with you to get the coding experience that will at least give you brownie points for being a MT for 10 years?
