are "required" now supposedly to support this business? When I send my OOW e-mail I often get a reply back from a POC team member. In that person's signature block is the name of their supervisor AND their manager. Who is old enough to remember when we typed a report and it went to the client and that was it, nobody in the middle? The signing doctor was the only QA or audit that was needed. It is unbelievable how many administrative support people are now getting paid and we are getting lower and lower line rates.
