Clinics and hospitals could bill insurance companies the low rate of $1 per line for a patient's medical record.  Say they kept 75% of it to offset costs associated with record keeping on their end - would 25 cents per line be a nice line rate to be paid for transcribing medical reports?  One could actually make a living at this!
