I'm not entirely sure what you mean by penalized, but I believe performance management usually lasts 6 months. Mine always has anyway. If your pay has been docked, I have no idea but I think I've heard someone here say it lasted a few pay periods. Sorry I am not more help. Have you checked UltiPro?
