Same here. Was at about 200 LPH for about an hour. Then got 2 reports in a row, one I knew was going to be bad. He can't say more than a few words without stopping, flipping through charts or computer. Speed the audio to max, all the while I sit and wait for him to start talking again. Then got a new resident. Lines dropped to 169. Was hoping I could at least maintain that, but rest of the day was the same, came in at about 151 or so. I just want to cry, am totally defeated, and probably won't be able to catch up once again this week.
